Replacement Policy

We offer replacements for defective or damaged items only. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a replacement. To be eligible for a replacement, please ensure that:

The item(s) are defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues.
You have proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.

Once we receive your request for a replacement and verify the eligibility of the item(s), we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect product choices. Refunds are only issued for defective or damaged items that cannot be replaced.
