School-wide Training and Education of Psychological Skills
The STEPS program is run by trained workshop leaders who visit the school every two weeks. Psych Tools works with the school to create a flexible schedule that suits both sides. The workshop leaders coordinate with the school staff, and Psych Tools supplies all the materials needed for the workshops.

Developed by a german psychologist Dr. Rachit Singh, the STEPS program is crucial “Step” in making psychology a part of school, so children can learn all about their minds and the human behavior alongside regular subjects. The STEPS program have many workshops which aim at topics like

Our most famous workshop series - Self Motivation in schools for students, has been scientifically known to improve personal interest for school amongst school children and has been the topic of Dr.Singh’s Thesis at Philipps University of Marburg, Germany. The thesis has been published and is available on request.
